Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes your order isn’t quite right — and that’s okay. At Bolano, we’ve made returns simple.

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Return Options: Exchange or Store Credit
  • Refunds: Not offered at this time

Start your return below — you’ll just need your order number and zip code used to place the order.

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing times).
  • Store credit is issued as a Bolano Gift Card via email — it never expires and can be used on any future order.

Return Window

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent.
  • Tags (and hygienic liners, if applicable) must be attached.
  • Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for: Final Sale items.
